My path to design clicked after years on the frontlines of customer service. I wanted to fix the roads, not just direct the traffic. UI/UX was the intersection: digital spaces are simply modern maps, and every interaction is a signpost.
Today I dismantle workflows instead of toys. I believe the best designs don't rely on flashy technology. They rely on empathy and simplicity.
I've been curious about how things work for as long as I can remember: taking toys apart as a kid, studying geodetic surveying at university, learning how people move through space before I ever designed a screen. Design wasn't a pivot. It was the moment I realised I could help build the map, not just point at it.
